Fenerbahçe Topuk Plateau Resort & Sport, located in the Topuk Plateau area of Kaynaşlı District in Düzce, was opened in July 2011. It is constructed on an expansive land of over 150 decares and covers an area of 2,500 square meters. This resort offers top-notch hotel services.

It features 40 Standard rooms and 40 Duplex rooms. The Standard rooms with lake views include balconies, while all Duplex rooms come with balconies as well.
